Anthony Parziale
Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Parziale has worked in the facility management services industry for the past 13 years and has been with The Advance Group for the last 8 years. With his talent for customer service and business acquisition, he has developed a strong reputation for integrity and professionalism in the New York Metropolitan areas business community. Prior to joining The Advance Group, Anthony was a sales manager for an office furniture dealer for 5 years where he was responsible for managing many large office furniture projects. He is knowledgeable in all of the major furniture manufacturers’ product lines with an emphasis in space planning.

During his tenure with The Advance Group, Anthony has been instrumental in securing and managing some of the company’s most notable accounts. He has successfully completed projects for Yellow Book USA, Inc, Weight Watchers International, Inc., Lifetime Brands, Nixon Peabody, LLP, Booz & Company, Otis Elevator Company, Antech Diagnostic, New Museum for Contemporary Art, Verizon Business, AAA New York, and Coty, Inc. Anthony is also the Account Manager responsible for providing day-to-day moving services for Estée Lauder and RXR Realty. With his many years of experience, he provides efficient techniques that save his clients time and money.

A long time industry professional, Anthony is a frequent participant in real estate and other industry events in Manhattan and Long Island. He attends events for BOMA, CoreNet Global NYC Chapter, and IFMA (International Facility Management Association). He is also a member of BIN-Business Information Network and CIBS-Commercial Industrial Brokers Society. Anthony is a founding board member of Long Island Elite, an under-40 networking group that assists members in developing business and supporting local not-for-profit organizations. His business acumen and skills were acknowledged in 2005 when he was selected by the Long Island Business News as one of the top business professionals under the age of 40 on Long Island.

In addition, Anthony is very active in the not-for-profit world where he serves on several committees for Family Residences & Essential Enterprises and The Mental Health Association of Nassau County. In 2003, after The Advance Group completed a relocation project for Family Residences & Essential Enterprises, Inc., the organization realized that it was faced with a heavy cost to furnish its new facility. Taking initiative, Anthony brought together the management of Family Residences and a client resulting in an office furniture donation to Family Residences valued in excess of $500,000.
